BlueGuard is not a single hull. It is a three-layer deployment system.
Platform Base Layer
Includes hull structure, propulsion and power distribution, onboard compute, communications, navigation and collision avoidance, and health monitoring.
Mission Module Layer
Expands modular capability for patrol, EO sensing, AIS and radar monitoring, environmental awareness, light payload delivery, communications relay, and emergency support.
Ship-Shore Coordination Layer
Built around NavBrain together with shore control, telemetry return, remote diagnostics, mission-state management, and incident handling.
ORCA Series
The ORCA series spans missions from nearshore light work to offshore transport support.
Nearshore Light Missions
6-6.5 m platform, 100-250 kg mission payload, 30-50 nm typical range, suited for nearshore inspection, environmental monitoring, and light delivery.
Short-to-Mid Patrol
9-10 m platform, 300-600 kg payload, 150-250 nm typical range, suited for maritime monitoring, rapid response delivery, and regional transport.
Regional Transport Support
15-16 m platform, 1-2 ton payload, 400-700 nm typical range, suited for island resupply, offshore inspection, and regional logistics.
Long-Range Uncrewed Transport
22-24 m platform, 3-6 ton payload, 800-1200 nm typical range, extendable to 1200-1500 nm with wind-assist support.
